The BEC Site Audit is a one-day onsite observation performed by one of BEC’s Technical Consultants. During the onsite visit, our Consultant will perform an audit of your hardware, software and current processes to ensure that your operation is running to its highest level of optimisation.

At the conclusion of the visit, our Consultant will deliver a formal summary of their findings. This audit report is divided into focus areas that include an audit of hardware and software, an operational review, and a best practices summary.

 

The report contains technical configurations of your WMS system, documented procedures, training recommendations, and process refinements to gain more value from your WMS system.

 

After your team has reviewed the report, our Consultant will schedule a summary meeting to review the findings in detail, which will help your team define an optimal strategy to implement improvements that yield the best return on your investment.
